Can I give my hens Dehydrated fruits and Veggies?

Hello chicken friends, Can chickens have dehydrated fruits and veggies? I dehydrated some blueberries and then got nervous because they are hard as little rocks, lol. I wanted to add a small amount to the scratch mixture I prepared. I dehydrated some kale leaves too and sprinkled that in there. Its sturdy so it doesnt turn to dust.

I see no problem with dehydrated fruits as you are feeding them. Chickens consume hard seeds,, with no problems.. I would suggest that they have grit available,,,,,,, since you mention "hard as little rocks" Such food needs to be ground down in their gizzard. That is the reason for grit in their gizzards,,,,, to grind things down..
