What does his poop look like? As @Eggcessive said, the Tylan and LA200 can cause severe injection site necrosis, so meat bird or not, I would not inject him.

Eggcessive also suggested, he should be kept in a warm place.

I feel like I missed a few warning signs for a few days now and I don't want to lose him because I didn't treat him fast enough. I just lost a favorite chicken two days ago in two days...

is he doing anything else besides shivering? does he walk?
how is his coloring?
the shivering could be a sign of other things happening, at his age and being a very large BB turkey he could be suffering from organ failure

i dont want to panic or worry you, but i wonder about other things too
