Can I have baby chicks and baby ducks together?

We have 1 week old chicks now and are getting a few baby ducks tomorrow. Am wondering if it is ok to put them all together in the same brooder?

Yes. I've had chicks ducks goslings a turkey and a rabbit all in the same coop and run, no problem.
Have fun....I wish I had a little pond for some ducks, maybe some day i,'ll build one.

I have chickens, ducks, and turkeys together right now. Just a warning though, the ducks make a big mess with the water, I have to change the shavings 2 or 3 times a day. They also seem to be growing faster than the chickens, but it hasn't been a problem yet. Have fun, ducks are adorable!
