Hi owners of midnight and Purple peacocks,
Can I have photoes of adult Midnight peacocks and Purple peacocks, please.

Owners of Midnight peacocks and Purple peacocks,
I cannot make illustrations of Midnight peacock and Purple peacock, unless I get photoes of peacocks, as members need to see the future illustrations of Purple & Midnight peafowls, because a Midnight peacocks can be mistaken for a Buford Bronze peacock, because of similar colours.
Also Purple peacock can be mistaken for normal IB peacock.

Check out photos under the "please post some pics of your peacocks" by birdboy. Aquaeyes has posted a number of beautiful pics of the bronze and midnight(closer to the end). I have found that purple males have a more pale orange tint to the brown sections of a regualar P. cristatus. As for neck colouring, some have mistaken my purple male for a blue, until they see a blue next to him. For good photos check out Texas peafowl and Amy's Peacock Paradise. Other than that, keep up with the good illustrations.
