Can i keep button quail inside chicken coop?

Hello, can I keep my button quail in enclosures inside my chicken coop? Would the button quail be fine hearing and seeing the chickens?

I wonder if they would possibly transmit any diseases to each other.If not as long as they couldn’t touch each other I think it would be fine,just make sure they have enough ventilation.

It's not recommended because chickens often carry diseases that they are immune to, but quail are not.
