Can i keep welsh silver appleyards and indian runner ducks together?

I asked around to see what was available in ducks around me and picked up 2 indian runner ducks today. On my way back I got a message that someone has 5 silver appleyard ducks and 1 drake for sale too.

If I'm honest SA would have been my preference, so I'm thinking maybe just get them too.

There would only be 1 drake for 7 ducks, does this all sound ok?

What about the 2 breeds, are they likely to get on ok together? The runners are VERY skittish and nervous at the moment. I'm hoping they'll settle down a bit in time.

Edited...turning out to be SA changes my yes to adding them to a MAYBE but caution and a plan to separate if needed due to drake size with the appleyard.

They are similar in weight so I think it would be fine.

Appleyards.....those are quite a bit bigger than runners. I am not sure I would feel safe adding an appleyard drake.
