My dad's muscovy hen has started laying eggs again (about 1 a day) has 5 so far. Ordered my rcom yesterday. Can I leave eggs with her till it get's here?

Depends if she's broody or not. If she's not, you'll need to collect the eggs and be sure to turn them daily until you are ready to put them in the incubator. If she is broody, there's no reason not to leave them with her until they hatch and maybe put some other eggs in the incubator? You should only really keep eggs for seven days - hatch rates drop dramatically for eggs that are older than this x
