Can I let my pheasant out in the yard?

lol. I don't know about N.H., but in Michigan you don't need a permit so long as it's fewer than twelve birds.

Didn't know you were in Jamaica.I don't know any laws or rules they may have for ringnecks.How did he get there?
Well he in the U.S.if your neighbors don't like you they tend to do anything they can to make life miserable for you.You would need to check with your local fish and game to find out what the laws are.
