Can I make a Orpington Club in my local area ?

OR How do you create a Club for a a breed of Chicken I wanna start a Orpington Club NI on a Site so Orpingtons breeders of NI can come and join talk about Orpingtons etc. Should I do one or how would you get it up and started?

We're starting a Muscovy Club down in the duck section. You could get some ideas from their and change them around to work for orpingtons
