Can I mix ages?

I have four GLW babies that are two weeks old, and have ordered some Jersey Giants, who will arrive on Wednesday. By then the GLWs will be two and a half weeks. I'd like to know what you all think about trying to accomodate everybody in the same dog crate brooder box. There would be plenty of space, at least for a couple of weeks.

You should keep the new ones seperate but visible to the older ones for about a week or two so they can get to know each other first.

You will learn so much on this site!!! I was new here 1 yr ago tomorrow! And this community is great!

I agree with debiraymond. You will be surprised at how small your new ones will look next to your 2 1/2 weeks old. The little ones may be pushed around too much by the bigger kids.
