Can I move my broody?

Well, the place that she keeps her eggs at has tons of ant!!! So I wanna put her in a box, in her coop. The eggs may hatch by next week(either between Sun. or Thurs). So can I?

Sometimes if you move a hen she will sit on the eggs.....but sometimes they stop....and leave the eggs!

What do I do about ants. She's a real crazy hen for picking that site. Can I spray Raid around it?

I've moved mine before with no problem. I made it a point to do it at night.

Since yours has been sitting there for so long already, though, I think I'd just leave her until the peeps hatch, then move her.

Ok, but gosh, I am getting mad at my other hen!!! Now she wants to go broody, in the same spot, but is kicking out eggs. So I locked her in a separate coop.
