Can I move my chicks outside?

My chicks will be four weeks Saturday.Is it okay to move them outside?I attached a picture of the weather for the next 10 days in my area.

I’m starting to.the heat lamp is more unless hanging over their brooder for light.

If they are still using a heat source then I wouldnt put them out, unless you cam put that heat source out with them. Mine were out at 3 weeks but weaned from the heat source by 4

Here in the Philippines, the chicks are outside since birth. but aside from the weather difference. I guess it's ok.
