Can I put another chick under my turkey

My hen Narragansett turkey just hatched out some chicks a week ago and I was wondering if I can plant some chicks not of her own under her or will she kill them?

If you want to give more poults to your turkey, put them in the same area with her and watch. If she wants them, she will coo and plead to them. If she pecks at them, remove them immediately.

I would not try to put poults under a turkey hen.
