Can I put new born chicks and 2 week old chicks in the same brooder?

I don't want the older chicks to harm the new ones.

I wouldn't... I think there will be too much of a size difference. You can put a divider in the brooder so they can see each other but will be unable to harm the newer chicks. Otherwise, keep in different brooders and introduce them when they are closer in size.
