When my Pulletts get here. They will have been on Medicated Feed.
Should I keep the on this type feed. OR. Can I switch them over to Fermented
Feed ?

It's easiest on them if you transition gradually to a new feed, so consider starting with some of their current diet, and then making a change to whatever you plan to feed instead.
