Can I Show Frizzles?

I love the frizzle trait, I think it is so cute! But can I show a chicken that is frizzle? And are Cochins the only common breed with frizzle?

Any breed can have the frizzle gene introduced into the line, but the ones I've seen most commonly besides Cochins are Polish and naked necks. I'm sure there are probably others...
