Can I still incubate these egg?

Oh so pretty! What breed is she?

She's a Indian game fowl breed. She's not a purebreed like the Asil or Shamo but I think she is a mix with those and others.

Update. It's around day 6 of incubation and I candle the eggs and saw that 5 of them weren't good. I didn't throw them out yet but I just marked them so I know which ones aren't fertile. The other 9 eggs are developing but I'm a little scared that they stop growing. I looked up pictures and videos on how they are supposed to looked like and I don't think my eggs look like the ones online.

Even eggs with detached air cells can sometime re-attach. All you can do is set the eggs and see what happens. But it sounds like from your last report that several of them are doing well. Hatching shipped eggs is hard, and many don't make it.
