Can I supplement chick starter to work for turkeys or ducks?

Thinking of possibly adding turkeys or ducks this or next year. We buy a transitional/non gmo feed and to do a custom order you have to order a ton... so I am wondering if there is a way to supplement the 19% chick starter we get to better suit ducklings or poults because there is no way I can go through a ton of feed before it goes bad.
I know turkeys require higher protein so is there things like eggs, mealworms I can add too it? How much? How about the minerals?
And I know ducks require more niacin, what about protein requirements?
