Can I use API® Fish Problem Solving General Cure

It definitely was the medication. She is back to herself now. Walking around fine, drinking and eating. Still don't think she eats as much as I think she should. Her poop is still runny and green, haven't seen the yellow today. But I am so relieved she isn't how she was this morning, that was horrible.

I am not sure what I should do now. Im scared to give her the next dose. I definitely wouldn't give her the same dose. I just don't understand what is going on with her. She pretty much acts normal. But has the major weight loss, decreased appetite, increased thirst and runny green to yellow poop.

She enjoyed the sun this afternoon💓

Update. Tues it seemed like the medication wore off and she was back to herself, then yesterday she was showing neurological symptoms again. So I called a vet that sees chickens. I asked the vet about the metronidazole and she said that was a high dose for her and it could of caused the neurological symptoms. This morning she seemed weaker and stopped eating. So today I decided to have her euthanized. The vet did a necropsy and she had a large tumor on her ovaries. So no matter what I did for her it wouldn't of help.

I'm sorry for your loss.
Thank you for the update.

Did the vet mention Marek's disease?

Did the vet mention Marek's disease?
Prior to knowing she had a tumor we talked about mareks and alv. I have ran a pcr test on a couple other birds when they were sick and they were mareks neg. I've also done alv testing and this chicken was tested twice and was neg. She said a pcr test is pretty accurate.
The vet told me sometimes this happens just like women getting cancer on our ovaries. She said she doesn't think this was any infectious disease. She did send out biopsy to find out what it was.

What does alv stand for?
