Can i use sulphaquin to combat a respiratory disease?

i don't have anything else at the moment, and i have a leghorn hen who's wheezing a fair bit. i can't buy anything else from anywhere in town, so yeah, what the question says. any and all help appreciated.

You don't know what the hen has; naturally, if its viral, no antibiotic will help. Sulmet is for Coryza but not recommended for other stuff that's respiratory in nature. And she could remain a carrier if it's one of those type diseases anyway.
