Can I use this for a run? Some weird fencing on CL

are you sure it's metal? it looks like it's coated if it is, which would be great! if it's plastic, i wouldn't use it at all, not even over the top, it could be chewed through. i'm gonna go see if i can look it up, it looks to me like the stuff they put around a construction site just so someone wouldn't step in a ditch or hole, of course that's usually orange. LOL
