Can I use this for mosquito control and still free range chickens? (Ingredients in photo)

These are ingredients.
 
I would say it’s “safe”
I bought it last year.
It looks like sawdust kind of.
It smells delightful, and I’d say it sorta works for a few hours but once it’s rained on forget it.im pretty sure if they see it though , they’ll eat it.

Does it melt with the rain?
 
If it's a "sawdust type" of product, I would not let the chickens into the same area. They will eat it. Cedar is toxic to bird's respiratory system. No doubt eating it would not be good either.
