I would not vaccinate guineas. I have never vaccinated any of mine and have never had any issues.

Interesting question! Where are you located? I googled and it looks like vaccination for these are common in India and Asia? Gumboro is Infectious Bursal Disease and Lasota is a vaccine strain for Newcastle disease. I did a quick search for these diseases in Guinea fowl.

This paper suggests that these two vaccines shouldn’t be co-administered in Guinea fowl as the IBD vaccine decreases response to the Lasota vaccine.

This paper suggests that IBD does not produce a lot of clinical disease in Guinea fowl, though they might spread the disease:

Newcastle disease doesn’t seem to be as bad in Guinea fowl as in chickens, but still causes substantial disease:

Vaccination for Newcastle disease seems to be effective in Guinea fowl:

Based on the above, maybe give the Newcastle vaccine at the 15 days of age suggested in the above paper? As for IBD, looks like you could give that after Newcastle, if you choose to give it.

Let us know where you are and what you decide to do!

Am in Nigeria and based on these papers I'll do lasota to avoid Newcastle disease. Am very grateful for your research which may help many people. Kudos!
