Whatcha Making for Supper?

When I was a kid I remember my mother putting chunks of pepperoni in the spaghetti sauce. My father and I loved pepperoni. We had a glass in the cupboard with cut up sticks of pepperoni in it getting all nice and greasy hot that my father and I would snack on with a piece of bread or two.

But nowadays I limit my pepperoni intake ;)

This is my hubby's recipe for anyone who'd like to try it. We are a large family you could half this easily and it would turn out fine.

Kielbasa Spaghetti
2 Polska kielbasa cut into fourths and fried
2 Jars of Tomato Basil and Garlic Spaghetti Sauce (Newmans is hubbies favorite brand)
2 boxes of Spaghetti Noodles

Directions-
Fry the kielbasa to your liking and drain the grease (hubby likes his almost burnt
Cook up the noodles while your kielbasa is cooking
Once the kielbasa is done add the sauce and heat up
Drain the Noodles
You can either add the whole sauce to the noodles or do it individually.

Like I said it has been a favorite of my hubby's for a long time and the children all love it! No one complains on Kielbasa Spaghetti Night!

?Tumbleweed?

Once we were driving in a dust storm and the Tumbleweed was slamming into our camper as we went along. That's the only type of Tumbleweed I know of.
It’s a Tex-Mex chain of restaurants
