I have 3 bobwhite quails 3-4 weeks old and they are turning to be all boys and I was hoping for a girl but didn't get one is it ok him I put some 1 week old ones in there and see if there girls?

No. Mixing 1 and 3 week old birds won't turn out well. Too big of age & size difference.

I agree, that would be a significant size difference. Also, the one week olds will require a different temperature than the 3 week olds.
