Can Microbial Spray on Ducks Injury Cause Wings to Droop?

Can Microbial Spray on injury under the wing cause wings to droop? My ducks were attacked by a fox with injury under wings and on side. I sprayed to prevent infection and shortly after their wings started to droop and they lift them up and down for hours after. Yesterday was moreso. I've tried three different sprays, one being a natural antibacterial (colloidal silver) and they still do it. I thought maybe the others were irritating the skin causing them to do that but colloidal silver shouldn't irritate, and the others aren't supposed to.

Side and wing injury. Hard to get a good pic under the wing. Alot of feathers missing under the wing. Wasn't able to get a vet appointment until tomorrow morning. They told me to discontinue spray until the get to the vet to be evaluated.
