Can my babies venture outdoors yet?

The babies are 9 days old today. It is 80 degrees outside, a little breezy... Can I take them outside and let them peck around with me?

My new babies are about the same age and I take them out for short periods of time and let them run around. They enjoy pecking around and trying to scratch.

Yeah! I took my 4 oldest, 6 weeks old, outside today for a while! They LOVED it and barely strayed from us or the cat carrier we took them into the backyard with. It was SO much fun to watch them!

How do you get them back in? Do they run off?
