Can my girls eat cauliflower?

Hi everyone! Been trying to find an answer if it’s ok to throw this cauliflower stem in the run for them to peck at, getting conflicting answers and searched forums but couldn’t find a direct answer!

My girls love anything that is white, white flowers, cauliflower styrofoam (LOL-of course I don't let them have it but if its around they will grab it and run!!!)

I agree. They might eat it, they might not. But if they do eat it then it will not hurt them.

I steam it first because I need to for it to sink in the aquarium. The chickens get some and the fish get some. It's a favorite of the critters but my husband complains because it makes the room smell like dirty socks same with broccoli stumps and cabbage cores.

No need to chop it up, my flock loves cauliflower leaves and stems so I just cut it off the base of florets and toss it in.
