Can my LF broody hatch Silkie eggs and intragate them into my LF flock?

Don't know if it's a wise thing to try or not.

I've always wanted Silkies but only have one coop/run. I don't want my big girls killing them but thought maybe if my broody hatched them, they'd be protected and then intragated.

I have silkies and light brahma bantams together in the chick brooder and the juvie coop with lots of large foul bird and I have never had any problems.
