Can poultry be harmful?

I have undergone cancer and the doctor does not allow me to eat poultry or other animals. Carcinogens and other elements can harm me. Is it so? I would like to develop my farm for myself, but I'm afraid of the consequences. Is it worth taking tests again and visiting other doctors to refute or confirm such wariness?

According to a quick search, carcinogens are associated with processed and red meats and over cooked poultry.

Did your doctor say why? What parts of the poultry or meat is bad for you? Does it have to do with the actual meat or more with how it is processed or preserved? Why is a legitimate question.

There is nothing wrong with a second opinion. Try to avoid quacks and people with an agenda. I would look for a specialist that actually knows what they are talking about.
