Can pullets get vent gleet?

i bought a few "pullets" some months back, sold to me and told they would start to lay in December, (Lavender Araucanas (UK)) now I hatched my own at the same time aswell but now I’m beginning to think they are older than what they were sold to me as because 1) they have not laid an egg yet. & 2 my hatched eggs are now the same age as they were supposed to be and they seem a lot more mature and aged if that does make any sense. Now is it possible for a pullet to get vent gleet? It seems that my researching only points to hens
