Can pullets raise chicks? /hatching under a pullet?

Keep your food and water well away from her. She will defecate on her way to eat and drink.
I was going to put it close by but did decide to put it on other side of coop so she can poop away from her nest :) ...

Oh No! None of the eggs look like chicks have developed , do I switch for fresh eggs and let her go 21 more days?? Or break her??
 
I am trying with another few eggs under her today. I scrambled up the ones she was sitting on and fed it to my chickens. Hope she'll be ok to go 21 more days. And hope these fresh ones are fertile :fl
