Can quail and ducks live near each other?

Hi can coturnix quail and ducks live near eachother? I have a quail pen about 15' away from my old chick coop and was wandering if i could have free range ducks? The quail pen is about 3 feet above the ground so im not worried about bullying but i know you cant keep chickens with quail.

Ducks are fine its only chickens and turkeys you have to worry about.

My ducks and quail live around one another and are fine. Especially if they are separated or quail are off the ground. Ducks are a little muddy for quails liking.
