Can quail have too much space?

This is not super urgent, but I just got a pretty big cage for my lovely button quail. I have two, unsure of gender, but the cage is pretty big. I think I won’t have to clean it as often now, but I’m afraid it’ll be too big and they might not like it or they met be too cold at night.

IMHO, no...no such thing as too much habitational space. More room for landscaping, hide-aways, etc.

The only thing that might possibly be too big is the spacing on the bars. If you're not sure, wrap the outside with hardware cloth.

The more space, the better!
