The eldest son announced this weekend he wants Red Dorkings next year ( ! ? ! ). My favorite chicken spreadsheet does nto show the Red coloring as being APA recognized. Could the boy show them at APA shows at all? Would they go under Dorkings or any other English?

Thanks for your help!

Single comb red bantam dorkings are recognised by the ABA. I don't have the APA standard, so I can't answer for large fowl. However if red largefowl dorkings are not recognised, it would be entered as a dorking, with the variety listed as "Any Other: Red."

APA has a Red Dorking class.
The Dorking colors for APA are Silver-Gray, Red, White and Colored.
