Can refrigerated eggs hatch?

I am selling eggs on EBay and they were sitting in a carton. My dad put them in the fridge not knowing they were the ones we were selling. Can I still sell them? and will they still have a good hatch rate? Thanks!

I’ve gathered eggs in January (20*F) after work and incubated them, they were good for hatching after letting them sit for few days in room temps. I’m not sure if I got lucky multiple times, since I’ve done it for few yrs.
