can respitory ilness pass thought the eggs ???

bought some eggs at auction they hached fine when the birds where 3 mouths they started showing sintoms of respatory ilness. is this from the eggs or did they cacht it from wild brids or some thing elss i dont know

Yes, certain respiratory illnesses can be transmittes through the egg, but wild birds can bring them in, too. Sorry your chicks are sick.

There are few things transmittable from egg to chick from parent stock inside of eggs. A few more on the egg shell, but respiratory viruses aren't likely. By 3 months, they probably caught it from wild birds/environment. If it was something from the egg, I'd venture to guess those issues would appear in the first week when the immune systems are still developing.
