Can roos safely be fed layer feed?

This may be a newbie question, but I had nevwr considered it until recently. All of my chickens were supposed to be pullets and we recently discovered that 3 of them are roos. They are all 12 weeks old (all 33 of them!) And on starter feed, and i was just thinking that i cant wait to switch them to layer pellets. Are the layer feeds safe for the roos too? Since it had more calcium amd such in it?
