We are putting our EE rooster up for sale, and would like to put two of our larger silkie roosters with the flock of silver laced wyndott, buff orphingtons and EE/IB hens. But is this a mission impossible? We like hatching and want to make sure they will be fertile eggs. I looked up on the board but I never saw an actual answer just more or less comments for the silkies to get ladders and such. So has anyone successfully mated with a silkie roo with regular sized hens? TIA
