Second pic is a Lohman (red sex link) cockerel.
Third pic looks like an Aussie cockerel, but again a better comb shot will help.
Fourth pic are both cockerels. Not sure on the breed of the all white bird, but it's not a Sussex with those yellow legs. My first thought is Leghorn. The red and white bird is a Lohman's cockerel.

I don't think so. a pullet can get a larger comb early, and they'll redden up earlier than other breeds, but at only 7 weeks a pullet, even a Leghorn, shouldn't have that much red to the comb.If the all white one is a Leghorn, could it maybe be a pullet? Since Leghorn combs develop rather quickly and can be quite large? I'm not familiar with them at 7 weeks, but I have some in the incubator, so I'm just curious.
