I'm getting desperate. my girl has a huge swollen abdomen. I stuck in a finger to see if I could feel an egg but didn't. Of course I don't know if I reached far enough but I don't think that's what it is anyway. I thought ascites so got some 16 G needles at TSC, stuck her last night and only got a small amount of yellow thick stuff. I decided to try again just now and got more thick yellow gunk but it looks, unfortunately like it has cooked egg white in it. I stuck her 3 or 4 times in different spots and just felt terrible about it but she didn't seem to mind. I just gave her a scrambled egg with white rice and some brewer's yeast. I figured it can't hurt. Is there ANYONE out there who can give me a definitive answer or plan of action? Or should I just cull. She doesn't seem to feel bad and is eating like a champ right now. I do have her in the house, forgot to mention that. HELP PLEASE?
