Can Somebody Tell Me What Kind of Rooster this is?

He is a FULL SIZED rooster with blackish legs. He is greenish looking in the sun. His Comb Flops over to one side and nearly covers his eye.



We rescued him today from being slaughtered. His top beak has nearly been cut off. He eats fine but he has lots of feathers missing from his back where other roosters have attacked him. :-(

Any ideas on the breed??

Could be an Andalusian.

My third guess is an Andalusian.

Full body shot would help to see his build, etc. I'm thinking andalusian, but really can't tell yet.
