Can someone confirm if this is a Roo?

I got 6 Buff Orpington chicks about a month ago. They have grown a lot. The one in the middle of this photo looks different with a developed comb and waddles. Can someone tell if that is in fact a rooster?

Yes male he has the red jowles where your hen at this stage will not
