Can someone Educate me Please?

Ok so I have a few questions about chickens in general some examples are: What is the comb? what do they mean when they say bay colored eyes? what is bay colored? I've tried self educating over the web but I'm getting nowhere fast

can someone please help me? and educate on some of the basic terms used or point to a good web address???? I would greatly appreciate it.

The comb is the red thing on top of the head.
The wattles are the red things on the chin...
Bay is a medium brown color most commonly referring to horses as far as I know...?
What other terms are you troubled with?
