Can someone explain to me how this works??

Do I need a ground pole and a sar electric box to get this working?? Thinking of following @DobieLover and their set up...while having a secure run/coop, but then perhaps fencing off more around it to provide more space for them to forage a bit.....

But when I look at it...I can't seem to figure out how it would become hot....

I would go punchier than 0.5 joule. Large ground predators need a very good shot to the nose to deter them.

i had just pulled what was under the product off the amazon site to just show that yes it does need something

I believe you already got your answer. I would just like to add.

• Get a tester.
• As mentioned get something with good punch.
• Make sure to mow where you are installing the fence. Tall grass can brush up against the net and make it less effective.
