can someone explain to me why nothing happens when I click on links?

For me, the link does not work AT ALL. It doesn't go to a page that says the item is no longer available. Nothing happens. But....it is not important enough to fret any more about.

Your device may take a long time to try to find the page, it's the only thing I can think of.

Just an observation: the link that worked for @SuChick opens up on the same tab in the browser. The link that didn't work opens in a different tab. It may be a setting in your browser that prevents a new tab from opening.

Try right clicking on the link that hasn't been working. Do you get a drop-down menu? What items are on it and do they work?

Possibly it's Adblock or Adblock Plus that is interfering?
I'll do some poking around in the browser settings.

I am not familiar with the Adblock thing, but maybe it is blocking it?

What version of Mozilla, and what operating system? Have you tried using another browser, and if you have, is the issue still present?

It's Firefox (Modzilla)
If you have it Auto Update you are in the new version and it kinda screwed with everything I had set up

It IS the Adblock, and trying to figure out what works and what doesn't sucks. You have to set it to always allow BYC and trying to figure it out is a pain.
I have to disable adblock and Ghostery on most websites because it is just a PITA to deal with it.

PM me is you want and I will let you know my settings.
But mostly I right click on a link and "open in another tab" works

I have that problem before, I would think it's either the device you are using or its poor internet connection. I am not very sure though.

Clicking on ANY external links from BYC, and a window opens in a new tab BRIEFLY (like .2 seconds, just long enough to see it DID create a new tab) and then it's gone. Can'r right click, it won't open. Can't copy and paste the link, as the link gets shortened on BYC.

And BYC is the only site this problem happens. Mozilla Firefox, Add Block and newest versions of both.

So, I am missing a LOT of links posted by my Squatchers.
