Which feathers in my duck's wings are secondary and which are the primary? I know which are coverts....help!

Sorry but if you don't mind me asking which of those do you clip when your clipping a ducks wings..??

You'd clip the outer few primaries back to the primary coverts - I'd do 4 or so and see if they can fly.

Most of my ducks don't fly anyway, so I haven't had to do much clipping.
