Can someone help me figure out this banty?

It came from Sandhill preservation, and I am pretty sure it is a banty. They included a list of breeds, but we figured them all out, and this one wasnt named. The only banties listed were feather footed. He is about 3 weeks old.
I am pretty sure he is a rooster, but any ideas about the breed?

Is there any chance that it is a Golden Comet?

By no means an expert but taking a stab at it...

Hmm since it came from Sandhill that narrows it down some. My first thought was a black tailed buff jap but they dont have those. What about a New Hampshire bantam?
If not that it could be a throwback from the naked neck pens. If it had thinner legs I would say mille fluer leghorn but it has thick legs.

Just looking at Sandhill's bantam list, it could be an odd colored New hampshire red. I don't know they quality of their bantam stock.

I think they do have Seramas. My best guess was a New Hampshire Bantam too.

But I thought it could be a Game hen of some kind, I diddnt know how they look as chicks.

It isnt a Golden Comat, they only have heritage breeds, not Sexlinks.
