I got 10 baby silkies they are about 6 weeks old now only one out of the bunch looks different .. Is this one going to feather out still or is it a mix ?? It's wings are like a regular bird not fluffy it's a cute thing but I'm Breading pure breeds so if anyone can let me know thanks!

I didn't know there was hard feathered silkies ;0

The bird in question has to be an out cross. The silkie trait is expressed by two recessive genes; when a non-silkie bird is crossed with a silkie the offspring do not express the silkie trait.
