Did you ever worm that kitten?
Most are born with worms.

yes the kitten was wormed before I got it and when I took it to the vet. The worms weren't the problem, it was the life threatening flea infestation that was killing it. A little flea meds from the vet and she has doubled in size in the last 4 weeks.

Fleas are just as bad if not worse then worms.

did you specifically tell the vet that you have other cats? upper resp. infections in cats are highly contagious.
